Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Swedish Speaking B2B Integration Specialist to serve as the primary contact for our clients. In this role, you will assess client needs and design tailored integration solutions aligned with their business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for Swedish-speaking clients regarding B2B integration projects.
- Assess client needs and design tailored integration solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to execute successful integration strategies.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients both during and after the integration process.
- Track integration performance and address any challenges that may occur post-implementation.
- Document integration processes and client interactions meticulously to ensure clarity and continuity.
- Keep abreast of technological advancements and industry best practices to improve service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently in a remote capacity, showcasing motivation and excellent organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B integrations or similar technology-focused roles strongly preferred.
- In-depth understanding of integration strategies, frameworks, and APIs.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies and software tools used in B2B environments.
