Responsibilities
- Create and manage databases for tracking and reporting key performance indicators.
- Design survey tools and oversee data gathering from coffee producers and supply chain partners in coordination with field staff.
- Implement thorough data validation processes to maintain high data integrity.
- Examine sustainability data across the coffee supply chain, particularly for responsible sourcing and environmental programs.
- Collect, clean, and organize supply chain data to meet EU Deforestation Regulation requirements and support traceability reporting for verified coffee transactions.
- Develop baseline assessments for carbon emissions and other monitoring frameworks under sustainability initiatives.
- Generate reports and presentations that summarize performance, progress, and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
- Produce documentation based on monitoring and evaluation outcomes as needed.
- Assist in formulating and executing sustainability strategies and action plans under managerial guidance.
- Track evolving industry standards and regulatory changes affecting coffee sustainability.
- Strengthen internal capabilities for effective use of monitoring and evaluation systems through collaboration with technical teams.
- Act as a point of expertise on monitoring and evaluation methodologies for internal and external audiences.
- Ensure all operations adhere to corporate conduct policies, legal obligations, and ethical guidelines.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by the national sustainability manager.
