Responsibilities
- Perform initial desktop assessments to organize and prepare case files for field-based surveillance teams
- Liaise with surveillance investigators and communicate case progress and updates to clients
- Evaluate recorded surveillance footage to maintain standards for accuracy, quality, and consistency
- Compile detailed and well-structured reports summarizing investigative outcomes and video analysis
