360dialog GmbH is hiring a Support Specialist to join our remote team across the EMEA region. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our customers and partners, troubleshoot technical issues, and help shape the future of performance messaging solutions.
What You'll Do
- Provide support to customers using multiple channels, including tickets, chat, email, and online meetings.
- Liaise with our L2 team to find solutions and resolve customer issues.
- Troubleshoot the WhatsApp Business API and other technical systems.
- Help partners and clients navigate the WhatsApp API ecosystem.
- Communicate with Meta representatives as required.
- Collaborate closely with the EMEA Sales and Account Management teams.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in support, technical support, or a related role.
- Interest in moving into a more challenging support position.
- Hands-on experience with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and APIs.
- Practical experience with REST APIs and Webhooks.
- Solid tech fundamentals and familiarity with support tools like Slack, Atlassian JIRA, Google Workspace, or Intercom.
- Fluent English (C1) and proficiency in at least one other language.
- A strong customer focus with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to listen, question, clarify, and empathize.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with the WhatsApp Business API or Meta Graph API.
- Programming skills in languages like SQL, JavaScript, Python, or React.
- Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as Grafana.
- People management experience.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
