Snabbgross, part of the Axfood group, is looking for a Support Representative to join Dagab Butikssupport. In this role, you will be a key link in ensuring an efficient product flow for Axfood group's stores by providing support via phone, email, and chat. You will work proactively on improvements and develop solutions to enhance operations.
What You'll Do
- Support stores and customers via telephone, email, and chat.
- Work proactively with continuous improvements.
- Work problem-solvingly and analytically with customer cases across Sweden.
- Develop new solutions and constantly improve operations together with colleagues.
