About the Role

Responsibilities
- Respond to support tickets from healthcare professionals using imaging software
- Diagnose technical problems in radiology information systems
- Troubleshoot integration issues between imaging devices and software platforms
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineering teams
- Document technical solutions and update knowledge base articles
- Assist in system upgrades and patch deployments
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies
- Work with clinical staff to understand workflow challenges
- Provide after-hours support on a rotating schedule
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software issues
- Validate fixes in test environments before production rollout
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy standards
- Support user training initiatives for new system features
- Track and report on key support metrics
- Maintain accurate records of all support interactions
- Assist in the configuration of imaging modalities
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring system issues
- Support disaster recovery and backup verification processes
- Collaborate with development teams on bug resolution
- Guide clients through software interface changes
- Verify network connectivity for imaging equipment
- Assist in the onboarding of new healthcare facilities
