Seagate is looking for a Supply Chain Consultant in India. You will work on projects involving supply chain design, logistics optimization, and simulation modelling. You will collaborate with clients to analyze complex supply chain systems, develop quantitative models, and deliver actionable insights.
What You'll Do
- Build quantitative models to analyze supply chain networks, logistics operations, and distribution systems
- Develop simulation and optimization models to support supply chain decision making
- Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improving efficiency and cost performance
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and project reports
What We're Looking For
- Engineering degree from a Tier-1 institute
- 0–4 years of experience in supply chain consulting, analytics, or industry roles
- Strong foundation in: Operations Research, Optimization techniques, Supply chain modelling concepts
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Excellent English communication skills
Nice to Have
- MBA or Master's degree in: Operations, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Analytics
- Experience with supply chain modelling platforms such as anyLogistix or LLamasoft
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Familiarity with Java programming is a plus
- Exposure to simulation modelling, digital twins, or network optimization
