Bombardier is looking for a Supply Chain Agent, New Product Development to manage commodities through the product lifecycle and represent the supply chain function within cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in ensuring project visibility and driving commercial agreements with suppliers.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple commodities throughout the different phases of product development.
- Lead contract negotiations with external suppliers as part of the change management process.
- Represent the supply chain department within the various integrated product development teams (IPDT).
- Ensure project visibility and tracking within the supply chain team and across business unit functions.
- Support commodity teams in developing commodity strategies for development programs and commercial agreements with suppliers.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team agents.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field.
- Four (4) to seven (7) years of experience in the aerospace industry.
- Experience in contract negotiation with suppliers.
- An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
