MissionWired was looking for a Supp Lead Office Assistant, REMOTE, Central Staffing

QHR Health, LLC dba Ovation Healthcare is hiring a remote Support Lead Office Assistant for its Central Staffing team. You will be responsible for managing a key administrative function, performing complex duties involving data analysis and regular reporting, while championing a culture focused on safety, compassion, and exceptional service.

What You'll Do

  • Perform regular reporting by pulling data from multiple systems and combining it in Excel.
  • Provide third-party platform support including ticket submission, UX testing, and follow-up for timely resolution.
  • Conduct intake calls/meetings with end users, secure screenshots or recordings of platform issues, and submit support tickets via the platform portal.
  • Attend weekly ticketing support calls, gather additional information, and test suggested solutions.
  • Manage a primary administrative function for a department or general office.
  • Orient and train employees regarding system and hospital policies and procedures; may direct and review the work of lower-level office clerks.
  • Develop and produce reports, letters, memoranda, minutes, and other departmental correspondence.
  • Maintain and update files for your area of responsibility.
  • Identify and respond to problems with appropriate action and follow-up; review departmental processes to seek improvement.
  • Ensure safe care to patients, staff, and visitors by adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Promote individual professional growth by meeting requirements for mandatory and continuing education.
  • Model service standards by providing safe, caring, personalized, and efficient experiences.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • At least eight (8) years of current clerical experience.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Supervisory skills and the ability to manage a function.
  • Ability to perform complex and diverse administrative duties involving application of procedures, independent analysis, interpretation of data, and demonstrated appropriate judgment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with recruitment processes.
  • Experience with recruitment-related platforms.
  • Outlook, MS Calendar, and Zoom experience.
