AnewHealth is looking for a Supervisor, Engagement to lead the day-to-day operations of our Patient Engagement Center. You will supervise a team of pharmacy technicians and specialists in a dynamic inbound call center environment, working alongside Pharmacy Managers to drive department efficiencies and support company goals.
What You'll Do
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of our engagement call center with accountability to key performance indicators such as service and quality
- Evaluate performance and provide feedback to team members
- Demonstrate and maintain a positive work environment and resolve issues effectively
- Showcase the capacity to effectively multi-task and delegate assignments based on department work load
- Prepare, monitor, and follow up with workflows, scheduling, and other operational activities
- Demonstrate superior written and verbal skills to collaborate with internal partners
- Execute continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead teams through a fast paced and evolving environment
- Perform other leadership duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of prior supervisory experience
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attendance record and ability to be flexible
- For internal candidates, no active performance management or corrective action
Nice to Have
- Previous call center experience
- Proven track record of leading teams in fast paced environment
