Company is seeking an Airport Services Supervisor to lead and coordinate airport operations, ensuring timely, efficient, and professional service delivery aligned with our safety, security, and commercial standards.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate all internal and external agencies, including Handling Agents, Service Providers, other airlines, and authorities.
- Analyze anticipated operational problems like overbookings, weather, delays, and cancellations, taking proactive action to minimize customer disruption.
- Brief service providers on daily operational requirements and special handling, updating information as needed.
- Complete all post-flight activity correctly to protect company revenue and facilitate load handling.
- Respond to passenger queries, complaints, and claims efficiently to restore confidence.
- Process all baggage claims and control expenditure on replacements and lost baggage claims per procedures.
- Support and cover the Emirates Ticket Desk, undertaking ticketing and reservation duties.
- Support, coach, and develop airport services agents and other personnel, ensuring they are briefed on requirements.
- Assist the Airport Services Manager in conducting performance reviews, setting objectives, and providing feedback.
- Carry out credit card verification and Travel documents checks diligently.
- When required, support duties in the Emirates lounge, liaising with and supervising contracted staff.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum O Level or equivalent education.
- Completed relevant and recognised professional training courses in Customer Services and Ground Operations.
- Minimum of 4 years of airline industry experience.
- Working knowledge of Reservations/Fares and Ticketing, and Departure Control Systems.
- Knowledge of Baggage Tracing and claims handling.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and the local language.
- Advanced skills in Customer Service Delivery.
- Must have the right to live and work in Thailand.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word/E-Mail/Excel.

Reports to Airport Services Manager or Airport Services Officer.
