SPORTFIVE, a global sports marketing agency, is looking for a Summer Intern, Experiential & Production. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience assisting with daily departmental functions and contributing to a collaborative group project. You'll play an active part in supporting the creation and execution of exciting client activations and events.
What You'll Do
- Support all areas of the department including creative, live events, and experiences.
- Assist teams with creating presentations, tracking documents, and other work products.
- Handle day-to-day office duties, including sourcing event materials.
- Provide on-site assistance with events and activations.
- Assist with inventory of materials in our warehouse.
- Schedule and attend meetings, providing call recaps and next steps.
- Attend up to 5 activations/events in the Tri-State area, requiring a flexible schedule for some weeknights and weekends.
- Lift items weighing up to 20lb.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program (2 or 4 year) OR graduated from an accredited institution no earlier than July 2024.
- Demonstrated interest in learning about the field of Experiential Marketing.
- A flexible schedule to include some weeknights and weekends.
- Ability to lift 20lb.
