What You'll Do
As a Success Lead, you will guide school districts through the implementation of rigorous, knowledge-building curricula, serving as a trusted advisor to district and school leaders. You will design customized implementation strategies, lead professional learning sessions, and conduct regular on-site visits to support instructional improvement. Your work will focus on building capacity within schools, analyzing progress data, and refining practices to meet measurable goals for student achievement.
You will collaborate closely with educators to establish effective professional learning communities, facilitate leadership networks, and deliver targeted coaching. Throughout the process, you will track implementation milestones, document insights, and communicate key findings to internal stakeholders. You will also support sales teams with content expertise during pre-adoption phases and represent the organization at regional events and conferences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in education, including at least 3 years as a school leader or instructional coach
- Proven experience managing district-level partnerships and leading curriculum implementation
- Familiarity with high-quality, knowledge-rich curricula and instructional design principles
- Experience facilitating professional development and coaching educators
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to deadlines and documentation
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments requiring adaptive problem-solving
- Proficiency with both digital and print educational platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based remotely, with up to 50% travel required within Oregon and Washington. You will engage directly with school partners on-site while maintaining close collaboration with internal teams through virtual platforms.
