About the Role

Rolls-Royce is hiring a Subproject Manager (ILS/IPS Project Leader) to coordinate and lead all relevant deliveries, create leading analyses for our products, and support customer projects. You will play a key role in ensuring product reliability and supporting our sales efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and lead as ILS/IPS project leader for all relevant deliveries.
  • Create leading analyses for products, such as reliability, maintenance, and logistic support analyses.
  • Analyze failure possibilities for products and their impact on customer equipment (FMECA).
  • Examine the impact of project-specific installation situations on maintainability, working with relevant specialist departments like documentation, spare parts logistics, and training.
  • Analyze failure statistics and derive key reliability metrics.
  • Support the timely delivery of analyses for customer projects and assist sales colleagues in evaluating reliability and maintenance requirements to win new sales projects.

What We're Looking For

  • A completed degree in business administration, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or technician/master qualification or comparable.
  • Experience with internal combustion engines and their associated systems.
  • Enthusiasm, strong communication skills with customers in English, and daily use of a foreign language.
  • Solid MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
  • Curiosity and a strong willingness to develop further, improving skills through training participation.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge in the field of reliability analyses, such as standards like MIL-STD-1629 ASD/AIA 2000M, 3000L.
  • First experience with SAP.
