Great Day Improvements, a family of brands, partners with independent contractors for Champion Window installations. As a Subcontractor, you will focus on the high-quality installation of windows, vinyl siding, and/or sunrooms. We handle the sales, measurement, and ordering process, providing consistent workflow and materials, while you manage the on-site installation.
What You'll Do
- Interact with Champion customers in a professional manner
- Load materials from our warehouse into your vehicle for transport
- Install windows, siding, and/or build sunrooms per code and manufacturer specifications
- Achieve high customer satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive and fair team environment
What We're Looking For
- You are an insured independent businessperson
- Own the tools required to complete projects
- Have a privately owned vehicle capable of transporting product from warehouse to site
- Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in carpentry, installing sunrooms, building decks, or siding (for Sunroom/Siding Installers)
- Possess a minimum of 5 years experience installing replacement windows (for Window Installers)
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
- Basic arithmetic abilities, including using a tape measure
- Detail-oriented with pride in your craft
