Great Day Improvements: A Family of Brands is looking for experienced Subcontractor Installers to join our network. This independent contractor role offers a consistent workflow where we handle sales, measurement, and ordering, so you can focus on high-quality installation of windows, vinyl siding, and/or sunrooms. It’s an opportunity designed to help you grow your business with minimal administrative effort.
What You'll Do
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Load materials from our warehouse into your vehicle.
- Install windows, siding, and/or build sunrooms per local building codes and our manufacturer specifications.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and fair team environment.
What We're Looking For
- An insured, independent businessperson.
- Your own tools to complete projects.
- A privately owned vehicle capable of transporting materials from our warehouse to the project site.
- For Sunroom or Siding Installers: 2+ years minimum experience in carpentry, sunroom installation, deck building, or siding.
- For Window Installers: 5+ years minimum experience installing replacement windows.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
- Basic arithmetic abilities, including proficient use of a tape measure.
- A detail-oriented mindset and pride in your craft.
