816 GPS Services, Inc. is hiring a Stylist - Retail Sales Associate for Banana Republic at Great Lakes Crossing. In this role, you will be an expert on styling and fashion, creating aspirational and on-trend looks that enhance the customer's emotional connection to the brand. Your goal is to grow the business by delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do

Take inspiration from credible fashion references and translate that into solving customer styling needs.
Connect and engage with customers authentically to understand their styling needs.
Serve as a Brand storyteller to create experiences that drive sales and achieve store goals.
Demonstrate values and behaviors consistent with company Words to Live By.
Assist in creating an inclusive environment where customers and employees feel a sense of belonging.
Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as required.

What We're Looking For

Ability to maneuver around salesfloor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30lb.
Flexible and adaptable to work shifts that meet the needs of the business.

Nice to Have

Styling experience in luxury fashion and/or strong knowledge of trends and designer brands.
Effective communicator with experience creating meaningful connections that build brand loyalty.
Passionate about hospitality, fashion and styling.
Comfortable engaging with customers.
