DZ PRIVATBANK is looking for a Student Worker - User Service (m/w/d) to join our Organisation/IT/Administration division at our Luxembourg location. You will support the daily business of the IT Production department, gaining hands-on experience in user service and permissions management within a stable and professional banking group.
What You'll Do
- Support colleagues in the IT Production department with their daily tasks
- Install and issue hardware and provide user support
- Process tickets for hotline and on-site service
- Handle central permissions management
What We're Looking For
- Enrolled student in an IT-related degree program
- High affinity for IT topics
- Proficient use of common MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Careful and independent way of working
- Resilience, flexibility, and a strong sense of service and customer orientation
- Very good German and English language skills
- High level of commitment and pronounced team spirit
