HENSOLDT is looking for a Student Worker – Recruiting & Talent Acquisition to support our Human Resources department at the Ulm location. You'll play an active part in candidate management and help our recruiting team with a variety of operational tasks.
What You'll Do
- Actively participate in candidate management, including interview coordination and providing feedback.
- Screen and pre-select applications based on defined criteria.
- Process incoming applicant inquiries via the recruiting email inbox.
- Create KPI evaluations to analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting measures.
- Support the recruiting team with upcoming tasks, such as preparing and conducting recruiting events.
What We're Looking For
- Current enrollment in a degree program in business, psychology, communication, or a comparable field.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people.
- A structured, independent work style and confident prioritization of tasks.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- A valid, current certificate of enrollment uploaded with your application.
Nice to Have
- First practical experience in recruiting or in the HR area.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the Human Resources department responsible for personnel management at the Ulm site.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in Ulm.
