Penn State is seeking a Student Affairs Case Manager to serve as the primary case manager for student conduct cases at several campuses. You will be responsible for the full case lifecycle, ensuring consistent and fair processes across the university system while supporting a culture of safety and belonging.
What You'll Do
- Investigate, adjudicate, track sanctions, and document student conduct cases for Penn State campuses: Dubois, Fayette, Mont Alto, New Kensington, Shenango, Wilkes-Barre, and York.
- Keep campus staff informed of relevant case information.
- Assist with student misconduct issues for other Penn State campuses as needed.
- Consult regarding Threat Management, Crisis Response, and Students of Concern, coordinating analysis and response among various units.
- Audit student affairs-related Maxient records, make corrections, close outstanding files, move active cases, and prepare records for retention.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's Degree.
- 3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
