In this role, you will play a key part in delivering structural and civil engineering solutions for complex infrastructure projects across transport, energy, water, and resources sectors, working collaboratively to ensure technical excellence and sustainable outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Act as Structural Engineer on selected infrastructure projects (roads, rail, maritime), ensuring successful delivery.
- Perform structural analysis, including computer modeling, detailed calculations, and design development.
- Prepare and review structural design documents like specifications, drawings, and details for compliance with project standards.
- Oversee the quality of deliverables and ensure adherence to technical requirements.
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams for integrated project outcomes.
- Support compliance with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Contribute to regional and global initiatives aligned with Arup’s vision and strategy.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure structural and civil design.
- Strong technical expertise in heavy civil structures such as bridges, tunnels, and maritime works.
- Familiarity with Indonesian and international design codes and standards.
- Proficiency in structural engineering software and the ability to guide team members.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Nice to Have
- A Master’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- Indonesian licenses such as SKA/SKK & STRI.
