S-PRO is seeking a Strong Middle React Engineer to join our team in building an AI-powered consumer protection platform. This platform helps families document issues and coordinate decisions across the senior care and childcare industries. You will develop a multi-actor system with features like complaint filing, evidence management, subscription billing, role-based access, voice automation, and analytics dashboards.
What You'll Do
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of proven, deep experience with React.js, Typescript, and Styling.
- 2+ years of experience with Next.js (app router).
- Experience with Material UI and Tailwind CSS + shadcn ui for creating responsive, accessible, and consistent UIs.
- Familiarity with TanStack React Query for efficient data fetching and caching.
- Experience with react-hook-form and zod for creating forms.
- Knowledge of code quality tools and workflows, including Husky, ESLint, and Prettier.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.

- Experience with AI tools usage for development.
