Booz Allen Hamilton is looking for a Strike and Targeting Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in implementing emergent Intelligence Community (IC) training capabilities and build critical, hands-on training materials for advanced learners.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the implementation of emergent IC Strike and Targeting training capabilities.
- Analyze DoD and Joint training publications to identify potential revisions needed to legacy curriculum material.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure training initiatives are embedded across institutional, operational, and self-development domains.
- Execute the implementation of training strategies and learning concepts.
- Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders, technical experts, and operational colleagues.
- Build critical training materials for advanced learners.
- Utilize operational expertise to foster a team environment of learning, progress, and excellence.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Intelligence Strike or Targeting support.
- 3+ years of experience in curriculum development, including planning, coordinating, implementing, revising, converting, and maintaining courseware.
- 3+ years of experience developing performance-based technical training using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- 1+ years of experience on an afloat tour as an Intelligence Specialist (IS) for the Navy or Information Warfare Officer Designator.
- Experience with Distributed Common Ground System-Navy (DCGS-N).
- Experience using Content Planning Module (CPM) Learning Object Module (LOM), MOODLE, or DOD LMS to develop, update, manage, and integrate training content.
- Knowledge of DoD and Navy guidance documents used in the development of task-based curriculum.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- HS diploma or GED.

- Master Training Specialist Certification.
