Always Friday is looking for a Strategy & Ops Analyst Junior to join our Customer Success department. You will focus on Strategy & Customer Operations in this full-time, permanent (CDI) position.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of customer success strategies.
- Optimize operational processes within the Customer Success team.
- Collaborate on projects to enhance customer experience and retention.
