Telepass is seeking a Strategy & IT Portfolio Monitoring Expert to join our IT Planning and Governance unit. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting IT governance and monitoring activities, from demand management and prioritization to the implementation of strategic initiatives. You will ensure technological investments are strategically aligned and deliver maximum value to the company.
What You'll Do
- Monitor strategic IT initiatives by creating and updating the IT roadmap, balancing operational capacity, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Support governance and decision-making processes by structuring a framework for demand management, approval criteria, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Monitor KPI and portfolio performance by defining and tracking indicators for effectiveness, timeline adherence, and cost compliance.
- Optimize IT-business collaboration by facilitating dialogue between business units and IT teams for effective priority management and faster time-to-market.
- Manage risks and compliance to ensure IT initiatives meet corporate standards for security and governance.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Computer Engineering, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT demand management, portfolio management, or IT governance.
- Knowledge of IT Governance and Demand Management frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, PMI).
- Experience in managing IT roadmaps and technology investments.
- Familiarity with Portfolio Management tools and cost-benefit analysis.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate business objectives into concrete IT initiatives.
- Analytical Skills: Experience evaluating the economic and technological impact of IT requests.
- Leadership: Proven stakeholder management and priority negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-technical audiences and facilitate strategic decisions.
