Pearson is looking for a Strategy Intern to join the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) for a 10-week summer internship. You will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of artificial intelligence, enterprise transformation, and business strategy, supporting initiatives that shape how the organization experiments, learns, and scales new ideas.
What You'll Do
- Support the Strategy group's agentic operations and enablement objectives.
- Contribute to projects ranging from strategic research and analysis to operational improvement and exploring new technologies.
- Gain exposure to how a large, global enterprise thinks about technology strategy, innovation governance, and continuous learning.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, data and analytics, artificial intelligence, finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated curiosity about technology, innovation, and how organizations operate and evolve.
- Strong organization, analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate insights clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a distributed or remote team.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
