DiDi Global is hiring a Strategy and Operations Senior Analyst to join our Driver Operations team. In this senior analyst role, you will focus on data-driven decision-making and business optimization, analyzing user behavior and identifying key improvement opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Utilize internal and external data to support business growth and driver engagement.
- Identify new opportunities and propose data-based solutions to increase efficiency and optimize acquisition channels.
- Create strategies to improve driver experience and engagement, ensuring marketplace efficiency.
- Optimize existing workflows, support product improvements, and ensure a smooth operational experience.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Administration, or a related field.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model at our office in São Paulo - SP.
- Interest in developing communication, problem-solving, and project development skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in data analysis tools like Excel and SQL.
- Interest in developing English language skills.
