EX Squared is seeking a Strategic Product Manager to focus on our portfolio of emerging products. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, shaping product strategy, and guiding products from concept through to successful launch.
What You'll Do
- Define and articulate a compelling vision and strategy for new, emerging product lines.
- Conduct in-depth market and user research to identify unmet needs and validate opportunities.
- Develop detailed product roadmaps, user stories, and requirements aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive iterative improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in product management, with a focus on launching or scaling new products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data and user insights into actionable product plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with a bias for action and a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
