Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation is hiring a Strategic Initiative Program Lead to manage a Novartis Technical Operations Program Site responsible for manufacturing and supplying high quality Isotope products. You will shape the site's future direction, engage and develop associates, and manage critical stakeholder relationships.
What You'll Do
- Develop talent and build an inclusive organizational culture aligned with company aspirations.
- Define, plan, and ensure the implementation of production requirements.
- Set objectives and manage career paths, succession planning, and training programs for your team.
- Act as the single point of contact for the site head and relevant functions, reporting KPIs to stakeholders.
- Ensure strong financial and business performance, safety, quality, costs, and resource management.
- Translate strategic objectives into detailed action plans and manage resource allocation.
- Guarantee conformity with GMP and HSE rules, promoting safety and quality cultures.
- Achieve site objectives, cost efficiencies, and successful technology transfers and new product launches.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum B.S. degree.
- 10 years of experience supporting manufacturing, quality, and contract supplier/customer interactions.
- Strong project management, budget, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of cGMPs.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
Nice to Have
- A higher level degree such as an MS or MBA.
- Experience with BLA/MAA submissions and PAI (Pre-Approval Inspection) readiness.

- Compensation range: $160,300 - $297,700 per year.
