Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Strategic Account Specialist to provide dedicated support for key strategic accounts in the veterinary and healthcare distribution space. In this remote role, you will act as the main point of contact for designated customers, ensuring high-touch service and effective resolution of inquiries.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the daily liaison for strategic accounts, managing inbound inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
- Resolve shipment issues such as damaged or missing products, process returns, and issue credits.
- Provide accurate information on products, pricing, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions using the internal CRM system.
- Investigate and analyze customer concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and ensure service delivery.
- Complete special assignments as required to support strategic account activities.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with proficiency in Word and Outlook.
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capable of taking initiative and working both independently and within a team.
- Adaptability to changes in work routines and responsibilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage information systematically.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree.
