XBOW is hiring a Strategic Account Executive (APAC)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Provide regular updates on account status and forecasts
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and resolve client issues and escalations
  • Participate in industry events and conferences
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support account activities
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records
  • Provide input on product development based on client feedback
  • Coordinate with the legal team on contract negotiations
  • Support the onboarding of new clients
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
