Sonae MC is hiring a Store Associate (Operador/a de Loja) for our Continente Bom Dia team. In this role, you will collaborate across various store areas, performing essential functions to ensure the best experience for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Interact with customers as a cashier, providing a positive experience through empathy, active listening, and efficient, courteous problem-solving.
- Ensure shelves are always full and well-organized, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and precisely.
- Work in fresh departments, including butcher, delicatessen, bakery, fruits and vegetables, fishmonger, and cafeteria, handling high-quality products and serving customers with passion.
