Serbyte IT is looking for a Storage Customer Service Representative to be the face of exceptional service for our customers. In this onsite role, you'll work as part of a support team to ensure customers get help on their journeys by inspecting and maintaining equipment.
What You'll Do
- Support the site manager with facility operations.
- Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers.
- Show storage units, explain the terms of rental agreements, and prepare rental contracts.
- Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repair work.
- Ensure that all vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure, and available for new customers.
- Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
What We're Looking For
- Driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Available to work on weekends and holidays.
