Anantara is looking for a Stewarding Supervisor to join our team at the Desert Islands Resort & Spa. You will play a vital role in supporting the Stewarding department by ensuring operational standards are met, facilities are impeccably maintained, and the team is well-supervised and trained.

What You'll Do

Support Stewarding department operations by ensuring all systems and methods of operation are correctly followed.
Ensure facilities and equipment are properly cleaned.
Assist in supervising and training Stewarding team members.
Assist in scheduling work and oversight to ensure health and safety standards are followed.
Ensure chemicals are utilized and stored correctly.
Manage equipment stores and ensure all equipment is effectively controlled and stored.
Ensure equipment breakages are kept to a minimum.
Play an active role in leading and driving the hotel's energy conservation and environmental policies and practices.

What We're Looking For

College Diploma or equivalent vocational training.
Must have worked at least 2 years as a Stewarding Supervisor in Hotels or Restaurants.
Excellent attention to detail, speed, accuracy and follow-through.
Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
Strongly committed to teamwork and customer service.
Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
