Starlink Installation Pros, part of InstallPros USA, is seeking an Appointment Setter to qualify incoming leads, schedule Starlink installation appointments, and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team. This remote role is critical in driving customer acquisition and supporting the company’s mission to expand satellite internet access in rural and underserved areas.
What You'll Do
- Qualify leads and gather necessary information to ensure Starlink is the right fit for the customer’s needs
- Set appointments by offering flexible installation dates and confirming details with the customer
- Use GoHighLevel CRM to track leads, update appointment status, and ensure accurate information is logged
- Overcome objections by using proven techniques to handle customer concerns and convert them into appointments
- Communicate through GoHighLevel and RingCentral, responding to leads quickly and professionally through phone, text, and email
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and scheduled appointments
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet confirmed their appointment

- Ability to communicate with an American accent
