About the Role

Responsibilities
- Define user-centered design strategies for AI-based financial products
- Lead end-to-end design processes from concept to implementation
- Collaborate with product managers to align design with business goals
- Work alongside data scientists to visualize complex AI outputs clearly
- Conduct user research to uncover investor needs and behaviors
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Create and maintain a cohesive design system across AI features
- Ensure accessibility and usability across diverse user groups
- Translate technical AI capabilities into intuitive user interactions
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and product performance
- Advocate for user needs throughout the development lifecycle
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth
- Stay current with advancements in AI, fintech, and UX best practices
- Integrate ethical considerations into AI interface design
- Support usability testing and interpret findings for product improvements
- Collaborate with content designers to craft clear, accurate messaging
- Design onboarding experiences tailored to AI functionality
- Balance innovation with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in design or related discipline
