Requirements
- 7–10+ years in analytics, data strategy, or business insights, with clear progression into strategic, executive-facing work.
- Proven track record advising senior executives - presenting to, pushing back on, and building credibility with C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence: a polished, confident communicator who can hold a room without over-preparing and is comfortable in unscripted conversations with senior leaders.
- Business strategy orientation first, technical depth second - you lead with judgment and narrative, not methodology.
- Deep fluency in SaaS and subscription metrics: funnel analysis, retention modeling, pricing, and lifetime value.
- Solid command of SQL (e.g., window functions, CTEs) and comfort with modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, Looker, or similar).
- Experienced managing your own prioritization in fast-moving, ambiguous environments without relying on structured direction.
- Experience operating in a product-led, subscription or SaaS environment where you’ve influenced decisions across acquisition, retention, and monetization
