OpenX seeks a Staff Software Engineer (UI) to take a lead role in designing and building high-quality user interfaces. You will be responsible for frontend architecture and mentoring engineers.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable UI components and systems
- Own frontend architecture decisions and set technical standards for the team
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and deliver features
- Drive initiatives to improve code quality, performance, and developer experience
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on frontend development
- Deep expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React
- Proven experience leading frontend architecture and making high-impact technical decisions
- Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of collaborating across teams
