Jobgether is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our product development team. In this pivotal remote role, you will deliver high-quality software at a rapid pace while shaping technical strategy and best practices. You will work across the full stack, solving complex technical challenges, optimizing performance, and driving architectural improvements.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance, scalable software solutions across the full stack.
Take ownership of critical system components and provide architectural guidance for long-term stability.
Write clean, well-tested, and documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews.
Switch between frontend, backend, infrastructure, and database tasks to remove roadblocks and accelerate delivery.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in production systems.
Identify and automate inefficient development processes, including CI/CD, testing, and deployment pipelines.
Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, sharing knowledge and promoting technical excellence.
Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to refine requirements and align technical solutions with business goals.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of professional software development experience with a record of high-impact contributions.
Expert proficiency in Typescript and Python, with experience across modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and performance optimization at scale.
Experience in agile, fast-iteration development environments with rapid delivery cycles.
Strong expertise with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, virtualization, and modern database technologies.
Ability to mentor engineers and influence engineering best practices and standards.
Demonstrated skill in architectural design, code optimization, and process improvement.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a remote, global team environment.

Portfolio of end-to-end project delivery, contributions to open-source software, or experience in rapid development methodologies.
