CONROO GmbH is looking for a Full Stack Developer to contribute to building scalable, reliable, and user-friendly logistics tech products. You will work across the entire stack, from designing intuitive front-end experiences to building performant back-end services and APIs, within a collaborative team environment.

What You'll Do

Build and optimize APIs, services, and data models to support product features.
Maintain high code quality through reviews, testing, and clear documentation.
Develop responsive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces.
Contribute to technical strategy and make informed architectural decisions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
Work closely with design, product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver aligned solutions.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
Strong expertise in Java and Java-based backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Quarkus).
Experience with SQL databases.
Proficiency with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience with asynchronous messaging platforms (e.g., Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ).
Solid understanding of logging, monitoring, and debugging practices.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with microservices architecture.
