Vanta is hiring a Staff Product Manager - Vendor Risk Management to lead the development of our next-generation, AI-powered VRM product. You will define product strategy, build enterprise-level workflows and automations, and expand VRM capabilities to meet customer needs for integrated and customized risk management.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a strategy and roadmap for the VRM team, prioritizing features that address core customer needs.
- Lead research initiatives to understand customer challenges in vendor risk management and build solutions for their most pressing issues.
- Define and deliver Vanta’s vision for scaling VRM to the largest enterprises and building a next-generation TPRM product.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from initial ideation through launch, balancing immediate needs with long-term strategic goals.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to ensure solutions are valuable, feasible, and user-friendly.
- Explore and integrate relevant data sources and AI/ML capabilities to enable more proactive, automated risk management.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in Product Management.
- Proven experience leading product strategy and managing teams in high-growth, B2B SaaS environments.
- A deeply customer-centric approach with proactive discovery skills.
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and make structured decisions to balance complex trade-offs.
- Experience with building 0-1 products and scaling them into new greenfield areas.
- A track record of delivering results and maintaining team focus on execution.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with or enthusiasm for the security space.
- A desire to explore how AI/ML can power vendor risk management solutions.

Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates in San Francisco, New York City, London, Dublin, and Sydney.
