About the Role
Lead product design from concept to execution, working closely with product managers, engineers, and clinical teams to turn complex workflows into intuitive, user-centered solutions while mentoring designers and shaping design culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle product design for critical features, progressing from early sketches to refined, production-ready interfaces
- Gain deep empathy for users, particularly clinicians, through direct observation, embedded research, and continuous feedback
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI research teams to define product direction and simplify complex clinical workflows into clear, usable experiences
- Define and maintain a scalable design system that supports rapid iteration while ensuring visual and functional consistency
- Guide and develop other designers, fostering a culture of design excellence in strategy discussions, critiques, and post-launch reviews
- Take end-to-end ownership of outcomes, contributing beyond design when needed—whether refining front-end details or improving team tools
