As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll play a central role in evolving core products used by power users every day. Working remotely within a lean, collaborative team, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end design challenges—from initial discovery through to implementation and iteration. Your work will directly influence how users interact with complex routing and dispatch systems, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and usability.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with a compact team of four designers to advance either the Dispatch or Route Planner product
- Define and refine the structural integrity of the interface as new capabilities are introduced
- Conduct user research, scope problems, and develop thoughtful, data-informed solutions
- Build detailed specifications and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Use Chrome dev tools to better understand implementation constraints and opportunities
- Help sustain a product-led culture where customer satisfaction drives progress
What We’re Looking For
You thrive when given space to explore and solve difficult problems. You’re comfortable leading initiatives from concept to impact, and you actively seek feedback to improve outcomes. You’re skilled at prototyping in Figma and know when to trust your instincts and when to dig deeper for insights. Experience with HTML/CSS or AI-powered prototyping tools is a plus.
