Responsibilities
- Gain alignment from cross-functional stakeholders to advance design strategies and initiatives.
- Lead the creation of novel design solutions addressing user, product, and business challenges.
- Shape and guide a unified design process, system, or language across teams or product areas.
- Develop design solutions informed by user research, business goals, and industry trends to support business success.
- Guide UX designers in developing design concepts for new product ideas and user testing efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Eight years of experience in product design or user experience design.
- Proven ability to design across multiple platforms and collaborate with technical and design teams to develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Experience working closely with designers, researchers, engineers, content strategists, and product managers throughout the design lifecycle.
- Portfolio, personal website, or comparable work sample must be included in the resume with clear access instructions.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Twelve years of experience in product design or UX.
- Four years of experience leading design initiatives or projects.
- Three years of experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience designing enterprise software, business services, developer tools, IT systems, or other complex software platforms.
- Strong ability to convey design concepts to diverse audiences and organizational levels to shape product design strategy.
