1Password is hiring a Staff GTM Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered workflows and applications across our sales, marketing, and customer success tech stack. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you will apply engineering rigor to RevOps, building scalable solutions that drive revenue efficiency and intelligence.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions across GTM tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
• Apply hands-on knowledge of GTM workflows to solve real-world sales, marketing, and customer success problems.
• Collaborate with RevOps and GTM leaders to identify and prioritize AI use cases.
• Build tools and automations for lead scoring, enrichment, summarization, routing, and more.
• Develop internal APIs and scripts to streamline revenue workflows.
• Integrate third-party AI platforms like OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier, and Tray into our tech stack.
• Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and well-documented.
• Stay current on AI trends and recommend relevant GTM applications.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in RevOps, data engineering, or systems development, with direct exposure to GTM workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Python for building automations, working with APIs, and integrating AI tools.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience using LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI), LangChain, or vector databases to solve business problems.
• Comfortable working with APIs and automating across SaaS tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS or GCP) and version control (Git).
• Strong communicator who can translate complex technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of CRM data structures and pipeline/sales process logic.
• Relational data modelling experience in a data warehouse.
• Past experience implementing AI use cases in a business setting.

Nice to Have

• Experience deploying internal tools with platforms like Retool, Streamlit, Slack bots, or Clay.io.

Compensation: USA: $145,000 USD - $196,000 USD annually. Canada: $129,000 CAD - $175,000 CAD annually. + equity grant.

Work Mode

This is a remote-first position open to candidates in Canada and the USA.
