Responsibilities
- Design and guide the long-term structure of frontend systems, setting standards and best practices.
- Lead major frontend projects that impact multiple teams and product areas.
- Convert intricate business processes into maintainable and scalable user interface architectures.
- Establish consistent design and data presentation components used across the platform.
- Collaborate with product and design to turn unclear requirements into robust, forward-looking solutions.
- Enhance system-wide frontend quality, including speed, stability, accessibility, testing, and developer tooling.
- Support and coach engineers to elevate code quality and development consistency.
- Contribute to high-level technical planning, roadmap direction, and priority setting.
- Detect and resolve widespread frontend issues related to state, data flow, and architectural design.
- Apply deep understanding of product needs, user experience, and business operations when solving difficult problems.
