Truelogic Software is hiring a Staff Front-end Engineer to lead core initiatives for a health care client, focusing on new greenfield development. You will shape technology and product direction, driving impactful customer experiences while working primarily with ReactJS and NestJS.
What You'll Do
- Define and uphold frontend best practices, code standards, and scalable architecture.
- Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and design teams to bring your vision to life.
- Act as a mentor and role model within the engineering team on frontend excellence.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of frontend web development experience.
- Deep experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Proven ability to architect scalable and maintainable frontend applications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading projects through the full development lifecycle.
- Availability to work with the Pacific Time Zone overlap.
