Bellese is hiring a Staff Engineer, System Architect to provide technical leadership and define system architecture for our projects. You will be responsible for designing robust, scalable technical solutions that align with strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead the architectural design and technical strategy for complex systems
- Define and evangelize best practices, standards, and architectural patterns
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate requirements into technical designs
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to meet project and business needs
- Mentor other engineers on architecture, design, and technical decision-making
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Staff-level engineer or System Architect designing complex, scalable systems
- Deep expertise in system design, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading technical initiatives and making high-impact architectural decisions
