The Opportunity: We're recruiting a Staff Engineer to join our dynamic platform team and help construct our next-generation internal developer ecosystem. This role will have significant organizational impact, directly supporting our mission of making affordable mental healthcare more accessible. As a platform engineer, you'll navigate complex challenges involving cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes operations, CI/CD pipelines, and develop tooling that accelerates engineering velocity. At the staff engineering level, you'll lead large-scale initiatives that transcend organizational boundaries, balancing autonomy with outcome accountability. You'll own critical platform roadmap areas and collaborate closely with product engineering to enhance development speed, reliability, and scalability.
