Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product and business leaders to identify core challenges, establish metrics, and shape product development through data-driven insights.
- Develop and implement advanced predictive models to enhance matching algorithms, improving key outcomes such as user growth, platform trust, and marketplace efficiency.
- Lead the full lifecycle of experimentation, using rigorous causal analysis to assess how product updates impact user behavior and ecosystem dynamics.
- Design comprehensive event tracking systems in partnership with engineers and ensure data pipelines are scalable, reliable, and structured for immediate use in analysis.
- Communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences and influence leadership decisions with evidence-based recommendations.
